“My wife and I have been working with Tracy for a few months. We both work crazy hours through the week and have her cook lunch and dinner for the workweek for us ahead of time. “I tried Tracy’s food at the cafe she owned and operated in Los Angeles. She always was creative with her sauces and combinations. My favorites were the Italian specials, as I think she is Italian, herself. A lot of the recipes included were down home cooking and comfort food, soups, and great sides. She had a nice range, from light pastas, to salads with different dressings, to saucier meats and sandwiches. She always served the dishes with a smile and I always felt at home.”

“Being from the east coast, I really enjoy my food. When I moved to California, it was difficult to find good quality homeade food unless you went to a top notch restaurant. When I accidentally stumbled upon Cafe Mangia and met Tracy, that all had changed. Tracy cooked at this Cafe and the food was delicious. It was gourmet style with high quality ingredients and was very comforting to eat a meal that she cooked that was homeade. I ate there for lunch almost every day and looked forward to her fresh soups from scratch, fish dishes, meatloaf, burgers, casseroles, etc etc. You can tell that she is creative in the kitchen and really takes pride in her cooking and this makes all the difference.”
