Margarita Fruit Salad

6 cups fresh fruit, such as pineapple chunks, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, mangoes and bananas
2.5 T. honey
2 T. lime juice
½ lime zested
Prep time: 20 minutes, Chill time: 30 minutes

Place all fruit in a large bowl. Stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over fruit. Toss lightly to coat, then cover and chill for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Makes 12 servings.
